Upon reflection, I realized that I never verified my gaming email address during the initial setup process, instead opting for automatic login via Facebook. As a result, I was never prompted to enter my password or email address, which might have contributed to the current issues.

As a daily active player with almost 2 years of experience under my belt, it's unsettling to think that my gaming progress and city growth are now at risk. My strategy has always been focused on building a single city in one world, as real-life commitments require me to prioritize my time effectively.
